Undaunted: The Reunion of the Fighting Men

As men of the First Battalion Fifth Marines entered Iraq in 2005 and fought through three deployments in three years, they gained a reputation for being undaunted. For many, their service completed, they returned home to a different set of challenges. Undaunted: The Reunion of the Fighting Men introduces readers to the men of the 1/5, Families of the Fallen and Gold Star families, relating their stories and exploring the paths many have followed in seeking to overcome the challenges they faced in civilian life. The stories are not easy to read as post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injuries continue to be a part of the lives of many of these men and their families. Their ability to overcome is inspiring, as many remain undaunted.
